Fatoye Gabriel Adelaja is a detective with an international certification from International intelligence and investigation training agency 2CIIA Brazil, and a professional diploma in Intelligence and investigation with International Academy for disaster and safety management Nigeria. He is based in Lagos, Nigeria. He belongs to prestigious security and maritime networks, including the Security Officer Network, United State, Nigeria Institute Of Shipping, Nigeria Port and Terminal academy of Nigeria, International federation of Red cross and Red crescent , International intelligence and investigation training agency 2CIIA Brazil, Private Security incident report writing Academy, United state, The International Association for Chemical Safety, United Kingdom. He has embarked and recorded success in theft investigations and also contributed in the investigation of a missing journalist and he was found alive and in good physical and mental condition. Gabriel was recognized by the private security incident reporting academy (PSIR) instructor for identifying a reference issue within the PSIR curriculum, and it helped improve the curriculum for the benefit of future students. He also attended Polaris maritime institute and obtained a diploma certificate in marine engineering, a higher diploma in shipping management with the Nigeria institute of shipping, and a professional diploma in e-Technology computing with National institute of information technology NIIT. Gabriel graduated from ECO.T.ES Benin University, Cotonou, with a Bachelors degree in Transportation and Logistics Management. He has worked with Xpedia Ltd as the number 1 technical support engineer also worked at Web Access Resources ltd as a System/Network Analyst and at NIIT / Integrated Data Management as System Administrator and Network Engineer. Gabriel also has a flair for photography. Apart from event photo coverage, he was involved in an international journalism project to capture photos and videos of a febrile rash outbreak in otodogabeme, a riverine area in Lagos State,Nigeria, before it was demolished. The videos and photos were published in Bhekisisa Centre for Health Journalism and Mail&Guardian, South Africa One of Gabriel’s strongest points is humanitarian activities. As far back as 2002, as a young boy, he was given a certificate of commendation in recognition of the meritorious voluntary service rendered during the 27th January 2002 Lagos bomb explosion relief operations. He is currently an instructor with the Nigerian Red Cross Society and he has supported in bringing victims of collapsed buildings in Lagos and donating blood, as such he was elected as the Nigeria Red Cross society Lagos Branch, Divisional Disaster Adviser.
